A pregnancy test can detect the hormones as early as two weeks pregnant. Go get a Clear Blue Easy digital so that you don't have any confusion or go to a free clinic for testing. Period regularity has nothing to do with detecting pregnancy. your body produces higher hormone levels and the tests detect certain hormones when pregnant.

About 2 to 3 weeks, I have 3 children and have never had a normal period in my life. My first I found out at 3 weeks and my youngest at 2. This was with home pregnancy tests. Hope this helps

My test was positive when i was 2 weeks. It was a EPT test (the 1 that says "pregnant", "not pregnant". I didnt believe it so i went 2 a free clinic but the test said negative. If you use the 1st urine of the day {meaning when u 11st wake up, or hae held your urine for a long time} it should give you the correct response. The easiest thing would be, to just go to the doctor and get a blood test. i took 3 test until i finally found that i was really pregnant, and the 1st one was correct.

Ooh I would go to the docts and get yourself checked out asap, not having a period for that long is not good I am afraid. I have irregular periods, meaning I have them either 29 or 40 days! and I am going to see a specialist in a few months!!

You can test as soon as the first day after your period should have come. If you don't know when that would be, well, probably about 2 weeks after you think you may have conceived. Do you know when you ovulated? (I can feel it when I do, it hurts.) If you know, then you could probably test 2 weeks after that.
