i was thinking i would dress him up as a girl.. but i dont know what i should make him wear? and like how should i do his makeup and nails and hair? and is it fair to make him shave? he did lose a bet to me! i dunno.. what do you think?

Since you're going downtown, you should have him dress-up a little classy. First make him shave his legs, underarms, chest everything and shape his eyebrows into a nice feminine arch. Dress him up in a black lace bra, panties, garter belt & stockings. Let him wear a short black cocktail dress & a pair of black open toe heels or sandals with 5" heels. Do his make-up, nails, hair or wig, give him some jewelry, a purse & take your new girlfriend out for a night on the town. I wish I was your friend who lost the bet.

mini skirts, high heels, shaved legs, low-cut tops, and waaaaay over done makeup. All the works.
