Hi there, i'm not in Mary Kay myself, but my girlfriend is, and she just found a website that does it all, called www.fullcircleinventory.com I know it tracks inventory, manages customers, follows birthdays and a lot more; and it's super cheap (15 bucks a month and they keep all the products current too). Her sales have gone way up, but more importantly, HER STRESS HAS GONE WAY DOWN... which is good for me =) She's more organized than ever, and doing really well. Hope this helps.... I know it helped her. Come to think about it, I should probably be telling more people because you guys are super busy all the time!

Not sure how detailed you want to get. A great program however for inventory management would be Syspro. This is a warehouse program that can track not only inventory, but inventory with many part numbers and sizes. Perhaps a little too in depth though for what your asking.

To keep track of your orders. I would suggest using any spreadsheet program. Happy selling. Stay confident in selling the MK and confident of using the internet. If you want to sound professional tho, selling anything, check into spell check, when asking a question. Typos, does not look good, when trying to sell a product. Im giving you advice, not being critical. Stay confident with the product you are selling, and learn how to distribute it. I love MK. Microsoft XP office offers alot of options to keep your inventory organized. Stay dedicated to the program and learn about it.. Kind of like you have, the product you are selling. Most of all, believe in learning new things and YOURSELF, Don't be afraid. It will open more options. You will be top sales, when you do the homework and gain the confidence in yourself, to really want to achieve it. All the best.
