No and I will bore you with the reason why.I have two daughters who use the internet.It's safer to have a desktop computer that isn't moved,and is on our desk.If we had bought a laptop it would have ended up dropped,or scratched.If it was just my hubby and I,we would have opted for the laptop.

I use both, right now on the laptop. That way i can answer and watch T.V at the same time.
