Your are the 43rd person I've helped with this. There is a windows security update that is causing this problem

Go to control panel>>add or remove programs, checkmark the box next to "show updates", scroll down towards the bottom, look for the security update : KB925902, click remove to uninstall it, restart pc. This will take care of the problem

I automatic updates is on "automatic", it will try to install this update later, I changed the option to "notify me, but don't download or install them"

Find out what DLL or OCX file it specifies in the error. Try this fix: Go to Start | Run and type in:

cmd

In the command window type:

regsvr32 DLLorOCXfileName

It will re-register the DLL or OCX file with your system. I just found out what caused this on my machine:

Go to Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs and check the "Show Updates" box. Scroll down and remove Windows XP Security Update KB925902. Reboot and see if that helps. You can always reinstall it later if it doesn't work
