Sixth Sense, Exorcist, Signs, The Ring, The Exorcism of Emily Rose, What Lies Beneath, The Others, and The Dark Crystal to name a few.
Out of all of them, the Exorcist is still the scariest for me. I don't remember why, but I watched it by myself, at night, right before bed. Yeah, you probably shouldn't do that. I couldn't sleep after watching it, and I kept hearing or imagining hearing things moving in my room.
The Exorcism of Emily Rose was another goose bumpy movie. Lots of terrifying images.
I don't know how old you are, but I've added The Dark Crystal. If you are fairly young, or if you are looking for a child friendly scary movie, this would be a good choice.

John Carpenter's The Thing only showed blood on one of the dogs at the begining. Other colors & textures were used in place of blood during the creature effects. There is absolutely no sex or nudity! Actually, there are no women! LOL! (I believe one of the dogs was female though... ;-)

Yes, Invasion of the Body Snatchers- both versions are excellent, if you're into science fiction horror. Any of the classic black and white flicks are really good; Cat People, Dracula are some examples.

The Messengers has no nudity, and a little blood. A good ghost story.

If it isn't bloody, how can it be a horror movie? I don't watch horror movies, so I am not sure...
