I'd say "Well, I'm here to show you guys around the campus. I'll take down the names of whoever comes with me and I'll give them to your school when I'm done so they know who skipped."
Then do it. If they don't stay they get in trouble and you don't.

*I* would say, "Hey, you're obviously not thinking about the future now, but this is the place that will affect you (for good or bad, mostly good) for the rest of your life. If you want to flip burgers for a living when you're 22, go ahead and laugh it off now, because I guarantee you won't be laughing in the future when you can't earn enough to buy a house or support your family- I'm sorry, guys, but that's the way the real world works. I didn't make the rules! I'm just showing you how you can reach your highest potential in life and all of the friends you'll make here who will have your back when you're in need of a networking buddy, a friend who understands, etc." That's kind of what I would say.

Take them on a tour of the campus as you normally would anyone else. Then if they leave early or "skip out on you", DO NOT sign their school papers that verify that they took a "college day".

You'll enjoy the tour and the longer you stay the longer you get out of school. With any hope you will be wanting to spend your time here in the future.

its not a reflection on YOU sooooooo....it sounds like you are transporting them back?
so tell them "your choice is to take the tour respectfully. if you choose not to I will be back at (whatever time the tour is supposed to be over) and I'll take you back. If you are late i will wait for 5 minutes then leave and you are on your own to get back.
next day i would call their school and explain the situation and they will decide how to handle it

Just tell them you have to give a report of their visit - then do the report. You can't physically force them, but you can see that they be held responsible for their behaviour.

I would tell them, thanks for that information. Now, this is the auditorium and this is etc. Oh, and when we are finished with the tour, I will sign your paperwork.
