I have a fear of sleeping over @ my friends houses. I am 12. I used 2 love it, but about a year ago, I started *hating* it, and getting homesick. I have turned down a million sleepovers lately.
Anyways---I am going to a party on saturday evening, and afterwards the girl asked me 2 sleep over. Should I?
I want to, but I hate getting homesick in front of a bunch of people! And just homesick in general.
Should I just suck it up & go?

Maybe you sense some danger or have a good reason to be worried about sleeping over at friends' houses. What do your parents think?

If you are uncomfortable you won't have fun. You should try to suck it up but, if you are truly going to be homesick, you should just stay home. If you go and you get all mopey and sad your friends will be confused as to why you don't like hanging out with them.
When I was twelve I wanted to get out of my house, so you are lucky to be so comfortable at home.
Is there something else about sleeping over that you are afraid of?

Do that which will make you most comfortable. Is there a REAL reason that makes you feel uncomfortable, or is it just percieved 'shyness' that is holding you back. Have no worries at your age, there will be many opportunities for you to accept when the time is right.Do not do it because of peer pressure, as that is never a solid reason. Always follow your good instincts, and always be happy at whatever you do. It is possible you are not ready for that experience just yet.

I think you should go. Bring some things with you that remind you of home like a picture of your family, a blanket you love, or something that smells like home like your mom's perfume or a candle. The best way to get overy anxiety is to try to deal with the thing that makes you anxious.
