Where do I start :)

I wouldn't say hate you.

I'm generalising here, you did ask a generalized question.

Your political views reflect exactly what your media feed you. You are ignorant of world views and politics. Your views on society are narrow. You are the self appointed world police. Your government is arrogant. You believe that your way is the only way.

Naive about anything out side of your country.

re- elected BUSH

By definition you are the worlds largest terrorist state.

You have 5% of the worlds population but spend 50% of the global military budget.

You believe that you are justified in killing 650 thousand civilians in Iraq

You have been taken to the world court 8 times and never fronted once.

You never listen to the UN and continually marginalise it.

Hollywood

American Propaganda

FOX

Starbucks Coffee

Exon

and BUSH

I don't hate entire groups of people. I try to avoid being that bigoted. There are people that I don't feel so good about, but these ar people that I either know, or have some research on to know who they are and what the stand for. To do otherwise is ridiculous. Why hate something you don't know or understand? However you are right. This is the sad reality that we face on a daily basis. Partisanship is at an all time high. Racism (by all races) exists. The rich have a tendency to look down upon the poor is either "stupid" or "lazy," and the poor in turn become bitter toward the rich. I wish that our country would put these differences aside and unite. We are better than what we have become. EDIT: Curt J, Completely with you on this one. Even though I'm a young guy myself (still in college), there are definately people out there, on Yahoo! Answers and otherwise, who disagree, but have honest, healthy debate with eachother, find some middle ground and handle things in a peaceful matter. I salute you and others out there who answer questions in a respectful way without resorting to hatred and anger. We need more people like that out in the country today.

This is not true, average American folks are very fine people with lot of compassion and sense of humor. It is the foreign policy that actually is controlled by a very few percentage that has pushed the envelope too far mainly because of greed.I think it has to come to an end very soon and then every thing will be OK.

people hate america because we have many freedoms and we abuse them all in one way, form or another. they also see that we are rich and spoiled and dont share the wealth...we put entertainers above hard-workers. what they see on our TV shows also misrepresent us and therefore other people think we are all like what they see on TV. people also hate america because we have and idiot for a president and a greedy corrupt government full of his "yes men". and if they arent his "yes men" they are greedy and corrupt. we are also a country that discriminates against poor people and foreigners, that would cause a few hurt feelings too. we are also hated because we also think we have to be the world police. thats not good for us americans. we need to work on overhauking our image problem before we go trying to change the world and we have a lot of backyard cleaning to do.

Good question. Do you remember the news articles of prayer services and vigils for Americans held all around the world after the WTC attack?

Do you think that would happen again now? I don't think so. Our reaction to 9/11 has been and continues to be so outrageous that we are now one of the most untrusted nations on Earth.

It's due in large part to the fact that Bush knows nothing about foreign policy and Condi Rice is nothing but a pawn on Cheney's chess board. Bush and foreign policy is an oxymoron.

There are many worthless people out there who envy the greatness of America.

Their imagination is limited to America's failure rather than their own success.
