Ok i had the problem with my cell phone and it works fine now. Let it dry for an hr and then put it in the oven on a low setting and the oven will dry it. If this does not work then im sorry to say you would have to buy a new psp. Get one off ebay thats what i did and i love it and its cheaper then retail

It has vents, right? Let it dry out. As long as it doesn't have a hard-drive it should be okay. Dry it as much as possible, blast a hairdrier on AIR - NO HEAT.
And call up the company and ask them if there's anything more. Sometimes you can even get another one.

Go to a local electronics store and ask them. Also let it dry for a couple of days if that don't work, also make sure it is charged. If that don't work Try to unscrew it if it is wet inside then I think it died. No more fixing.
