Pretty detailed question for a "just suppose". Having two girlfriends doesn't mean bro isn't actually gay. My best friend went all through senior year in high school dating the home coming queen, although he was completely gay. I don't have any brothers, but being gay myself, I imagine if I were in that place, I'd cooperate. Maybe if I really had a brother who wanted to kiss me, I'd feel differently. Maybe I'd ask why, maybe not. My friend in junior high, who was straight as far as I know all his life, asked me to kiss him, and now I wish I had instead of trying to figure out what he was up to.

I don't get turned on by incest. I guess if my brother wanted to kiss me, I would ask why. Did he want an erotic kiss? (yuck), or was he wanting to learn how to kiss (still yuck), or is he needing reassurance. We are an old fashioned European (originally) family, so we kiss on cheeks all the time. And I (brace yourself) love my family, and tell them so all the time. I hold their hands.
And I am an old-fashioned gay man. I just like men, ones that I am not related to. I don't need to denigrate anyone, or be denigrated. I don't want to screw the pooch, drink my lover's pee, get my balls stomped on, paddle someone, or shove tennis balls up my backside. I don't need electrical stimulation, and I don't like to be choked before I have an orgasm. I have never eaten out of a dog bowl, and I don't need to exert power over my partner. I am not turned on by my family. (well, I have one hot cousin... but ewwwwww). I don't like little boys. I never wanted to get screwed by my dad. Boy... I must be really boring.

In many cultures a male kissing another male is a non-sexual sign of affection. In regards to someone kissing their brother, it depends on what is meant by it. If it is meant as a sign of affection, there is nothing wrong with it. If it is meant as a part of sexual foreplay, it is not as innocent.

brother meaning brother (a) as in the son of my mother, or brother (b) as in friend?
because if its (a) then its incest, but if its (b) you should only kiss him if you feel teh same way... otherwise you are just leading him on.
