Well microsoft is gonna try to market it as if it's elite and limited so be prepared for a false frenzy to buy them even though they will be produced in mass quantities.
The bigger hard drive is also only being added because microsoft bought a bunch of movie rights and will be selling the movies for downlod through xboxlive. So they want their fans to have enough room to buy lots of things

I can only say one thing. You have spoken the truth. I guess that there are a few other people in the world that think that the PS3 isn't overpriced. I mean, the only thing that the 360 Elite has that the other Xbox versions don't have is a bigger hard drive, and a HDMI output. To me, the release of the Elite 360 will bring out the truth-- the truth being that even though the PS3 it is the most expensive, you get more for your money. For $479 you would think that Microsoft would put a built in HD DVD player in the Xbox Elite to actually be competitve with Sony's PS3, but nope. I really think that Microsoft is cheating it's customers out by not including the built in HD DVD player. I bought my 60GB PS3 last year, and I love it like no other thing in the world. Buy the PS3, it will be worth it.

To me the Premium 360 is good enough,
The Elite is $500 and the HD-DVD player is $200 so that's $700 right there
and the Premium PS3 is $600 WITH Blu-Ray
and on top of that Blu-Ray is winning
The Wii is the console that is winning at the moment, even tho I have one it pretty much sucks and doesn't get played, the graphics are horrible, the gameplay is horrible, there's only about 1 game coming out thats going to be online (Mario Strikers??? G*Y), the only reason I kept it is for Smash Bros

properly its a private decision of what gadget you go with. people have there opinion on the two structures. I artwork at superb purchase interior the media branch and that i will permit you recognize this. The 80 Gb PS3 is going to be discontinued and that they are basically going with the 40 Gb. With the PS3 you get the blu ray participant and the Xbox 360 has a HD participant offered one by one. The Xbox 360 Elite is one hundred twenty Gb and is far less companies to the purple jewelry of dying. maximum new Xbox 360 have the hot falcon sixty 5 chip set in them what makes the gadget run quieter and cooler. Your decision relies upon in this too are you seeking to bypass on line and play video games? if so then you truly might desire to bypass with the Xbox 360. Why? properly the PS3 has on line too yet its no the place close to as sturdy as Xbox 360. Xbox 360 industry place is greater ideal then the PS3 homestead. you have greater downloadable content cloth on the 360 marvelous now then the PS3. specific the PS3 on line is unfastened and you will possibly desire to pay to get on line with the 360 yet you get what you payed for. no longer something worse then having some youngster on your group kill you and wreck the web sport play. PS3 has a sturdy line up this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days with greater exclusives like steel kit offered, Grand Trismal and extremely final fantasy. The Xbox has greater exclusives marvelous now like Halo 3 (superb on line sport), Bioshock ( what gained sport of the 300 and sixty 5 days), Mass effect and greater. yet alot of your sturdy video games like Grand theft motor vehicle, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, call Of accountability 4 and Assassins Creed all are on the two structures. So the call might desire to be as much as you to no longer what others permit you recognize.

The 360 has better exclusive games. But if you like games like Twisted Metal,SOCOM,MLB The Show,&Warhawk then go with the PS3.However the PS3 doesn't have any good games that give you a reason to drop $600.I'm keeping the 360 for now and when the PS4 comes out then I'm most likely going to get that rather then the Xbox 720.

double question
'
copy paste
When you compare the systems and are worried about price, it comes out to be a better deal for the ps3
When comparing the 2 better systems of each, these are the ps3 advantages: (aka, ps3 has more things included for only $200 more
-40 more gigabytes on hard disk drive
-100% backwords compatibility with ps2 and ps1 games
-Built-in WiFi card ($100 add-on to xbox 360 premium)
-Built in hi-def movie player = blu-ray ($149 HD-DVD drive add on to xbox)
-HDMI Output (xbox cant achive hightest res: 1080p)
-Memory Stick reader (...xbox cant do that, period)
- No need to pay $$$ for online gaming, friends, messages, all that is free on ps3 (monthly fee for xbox live)
-PS3 discs (blu-ray) can hold 50GB of data (more resolution and more depth and story and niceness of games) where as xbox 360 games are the normal 8GB dvds (pitiful)
-Hook up to the psp to add more features in future games, such as a second screen for a map or something like you saw on the Nintendo DS
-Games suck right now but will eventually catch up with 360s games.
