You can try gaining access to windows by using another operating system. Download "Knoppix" available here: http://www.knoppix.org/ make sure you click on the flag at the top to get the page in English. Then burn the program to a CD. Follow instructions on the site. Then put the CD in the computer and reboot. This will boot your computer into Linux operating system. It won't mess-up anything on your computer because it all runs only off the CD.
Then you can perform these steps to recover your password: http://www.petri.co.il/forgot_administrator_password_alternate_logon_trick.htm
Goodluck!

Limewire is bad for your computer and if you're not careful can cause virus issues. But if you insist on circumventing the rules, when your computer is booting up you can repeatedly press the F8 key until it gets you to a boot options screen. There you can boot into safe mode, change the password so you can get on limewire (or you can login as an administrator when the time comes)

If your PC came with Windows preinstall, the admin account is normally "administrator" and you just leave the password field blank.
If you install Windows and set the password, then you will have to remember what it was....

Get yourself a copy of Winternals ERD Commander.
Boot up your PC with the CD.
This will allow you to reset your Admin password.
It's that simple.

Well the only thing i can think of is to boot your computer in DOS mode and format the partition that contains windows. Offcourse, by doing that you'll lose all the data that was in that partition.
