As you probably know, the planet is covered in an atmosphere many time thicker than our own. Enormous storms and hurricanes are found here.

Below this is found a 10 565 mile thick mantle made up of liquid hydrogen. The outer core of the planet is also made up of hydrogen, but it is so compressed there that it behaves like a solid. The inner core of the planet is rocky and slightly larger than the earth

Hi. Earth has an iron core, Jupiter's may be made of metallic hydrogen.
