thats how the way it is, you dont have enough money, find a way to make more or find a way to spend less...

Walk, ride a bike, take the bus. Get a job, and save for the training next year.
If you can't afford driver's ed, how will you afford a car or gas or insurance for it, any way?
When you CAN afford it, be sure you do take it. In my state, if you don't have the certificate saying you passed driver's ed, your insurance rates will be about double that of someone who passed.

Pretend to Mexican then the authorities will let you drive without a license.
