to see another mistreated not respected when it is given not heard by someone who asks for my advice and then says I have a bad idea and for anyone to feel that just because they may be a person in authority that they should not have to hear me if I have a legitmate complaint(this last one gets me in trouble somewhat but its an occupational hazard that I gladly accept)to be judged or have someone else judged on the outside by another when their mind is made up already
