I don't know WHY you'd have to lose either one, but for the love of God, let's pretend you HAD to, ok?
I personally would pick....legs.
Yeah legs, cause they have scooters for people with no legs, or paralyzed legs. And you can get your car rigged to drive with finger buttons instead of pedals.

Legs. At least with arms you can wipe your own butt, get on the computer, feed yourself, play cards, hug someone. If you lose your legs, you can use your arms to push yourself around in a wheelchair, transfer yourself to and from the toilet, bed etc with the use of your arms.

This is a tuff one but i'd say legs cause i could never imagine having to be washed or bathed by ANYBODY! when i see that on tv i wonder how embarrasing to have some body wipe your back side and so on!

I would have to take losing my leg/s I have a cousin who lost one of his legs. He doesn't let anything stop him. He rides a motorcycle, and 99% of things that most people do.

yeah i agree with legs, cos you could still read, write, cook, eat, use a computer, pick stuff up etc etc etc whereas what do you do with legs besides walking? there is a lot more stuff i would miss that i do with my hands/arms . i know some people can write etc etc with their feet but can u imagine how frustrating that would be to try and learn???

I am a cripple as of late and I can tell you that it sucks when you lose an arm. I can't tie my shoes and anything that you take for granted with your hands becomes a challenge. My heart goes out to the limbless coming home from Iraq.

What the heck? Are you getting ideas to do somthing to somebody? You know ,its SICK people like you that make this world so unholy! You need help! Anyway i would chose my legs because without hands you couldnt eat,wipe or even pick your nose! Without hands you couldnt even pick your root!

If I had to lose one or the other I would choose my legs. They make artificial legs which has been successful.

well if i had to choose i would rather lose my legs ..i wouldnt be able to ride my horse but he knows how to pull a wagon so i would still be able to drive and as someone mentioned...i would still be able to write go to the restroom eat the list goes on
