What Im saying is a unknown third party takeing a trust and posing as trustee just to handle asell and is limited to list home in 15 days but does not and court accepted her on not chose her does the original trustee have right to take back trustee if not why , she signed the contract with other heirs to sell and the 15 day limit was in such contract . the new trustee to handle sell was not included in this contract by name and having only signed the acceptance of trustee (not a heir at all just a stranger) would that be a overlooked error per council as i missed it and she is now a yr later still not listing and or accepting my first right to denial of the purchase its been ignored help me please i never thought for a minute unloading some duties with assuming she knew what she was hired for , if had knew this could happen why would i have been packing looking for a home and now unable to do anything along with being a new grandma and want to move by them trustee could care a less why
