No, not all girls are bi.
Some girls are straight and will kiss other girls... there is a big difference in this, they are straight and doing it to get male attention. they think the other girl is hot, but they are not attracted to them.
This makes guys think lots of girls are bi; but in fact are not.
I, however am bisexual. There is a big diffence in this, because I am attracted to males and females and would not make out with a female for male attention. I am attracted to the person, not the gender. I prefer to date a male or date a female, not have a 3 some.

I personally think that "bi" is a preference NOT an orientation. I don't think anyone is born "bi". I think you got better chances winning lotto than getting a 3some with two bi chix.
It's more accepted to be "bi" if you are female and obviously females are more attractive,soft,loving,etc. This whole girls claiming there bi-ness started the year after I left high school... so '94. That was in New York though.... west coast mighta started earlier.
