Some blue laws are outdated and outrageous. They give unfair advantage to neighboring states that don't have them (buying alcohol and cars on Sunday).. My state loses millions to Mass and Conn by not allowing many sales and Casino money. What do I care? Our taxes are higher than both states and we're getting pinched.

Yes, any law written by the state in support of anything ordained or promulgated by a religion that only reflects that religion's belief system violates the Constitution. Unfortunately a lot of federal holidays are already illegal, but there is a Christian majority so that's the way it will be.

The individual states are allowed set their own laws and the people of the state are allowed to set community standards, either statewide or on the city or county level. So long as the laws are deemed Constitutional, there is nothing stopping the law's enforcement.

If you feel the law is out-dated or stupid, gather signatures of registered voters to put a referendum on the ballot.

Does something interior the form enable the President to forget related to the preferrred courtroom? Article V is the closest, which instruments forth how the form could be changed (no longer overrided). As to govt Orders, they have the comparable rigidity and effect as administrative regulations -- under treaties, and under regulations exceeded by ability of Congress. that could desire to furnish you sufficient information to respond to the question.
