Without a doubt, todays technology makes that an easy option. The fools who think it can't be done don't understand what tactical nuclear weapons were designed for, or how they work.

I think the idea of a Limited nuclear war is a bit of an oxymoron, any nuclear war will be limited eventually. I don't think it is possible for there to be 'small scale nuclear conflict.' The countries with limited numbers of weapons will surely use every last one they have, and in the mean time their sponsoring nations are not likely to be sitting idle just to watch. There is the pretty much accepted outcome of massive explosive power on the earth's surface, known as Nuclear winter. Dust and debris will all but cut off the planet form its only source of heat, the suns rays, so you can forget about global warming, big time ice age, and very few would survive past a few years.

Are you out of you mind? A semi-mild World wide Nuclear war? In this day and age of multiple nuclear powers there is no chance of a semi-mild Nuke war.

I've seen calls for mass murder on this site before, but never murder of nearly every human -- not to mention slow death afterward for every human and most other living things.
