well it was a putrid green...between a kelly and a lime...with bows at the neckline...1 in front and a row on the back ran all the way down to the hemline...how totally tacky...and did nothing for my figure either actually made my hips appear larger than they really are...then don't get me started on those horrendous bouquets she made us hold....I'd just like to forget the entire experience!!!...course that might explain the rest of the girls doing the groom at the reception...

I have never been a brides maid! Can you believe it! For my wedding, I let my brides maid pick the style of the dresses and I choose the colour! They were burgandy with v shaped open back with 3/4 sleeves (autumn wedding) and ivory trim. I thought they all looked smashing! I know that all of them have worn them to other events like New Years Eve so they couldn't have been that bad!

the dresses were royal blue and burgundy. And I mean, 4 girls had blue and 4 girls had burgundy. First time I saw the brides maids with different color dresses. I had a blue one, but I looked pretty.

I may be on my way to being an old maid but I've never been a bridesmaid nor have I ever put a dress on.

It was a strapless, hot pink sheath, with this white wraparound band across the top portion. There was a huge dangling white ribbon across the front that fell to my waist. And, of course, I had to wear the matching hot pink shoes. Gawd, I still shudder when I think of that wedding.

The ones I chose for my then sister's-in-law were dark green velvet and a very simple, classic style. Since I was married last, I thought that was nice, since they both made me wear awful dresses I couldn't wait to burn. Even the shoes were ugly.

Like crap. Off the shoulder job with lots of ruffles. Didn't do a thing for me. That and do you know how hard it is to find a size 13 set of pumps?
