No don't do the dishes.
In our house it was if you went to the trouble of cooking, then you didn't have to do the dishes. But then I moved out with my fiance and he does the dishes even when he cooks. It is just easier that way because at the moment I am working and he isn't. So he will do the dishes during the day, while I am at work.

The dishwasher does but then there is always an argument about who's turn it is to empty it.
It was a rule in our house when I was younger that whoever cooked should not have to do dishes so I think you should make her do them because that is just being ungrateful and very lazy!

When no one else will, you might as well. I had to do them before breakfast this morning cuz my mom hadn't donethem in a few days and one old put was stinking up the house.
