Depends on your age. The circus circus has a theme park called the adventure dome that a lot of people love to see. You can go to lake mead which is right outside of boulder city (I think it was made by the Hoover Dam) and swim or go boating. If you are looking for other stuff though, they are a few golf clubs, and most of the hotels have some fun things to do. If you like to browse, you can walk the strip. The Bellagio has a really fun water show where the water is dancing (you have to see it to get it), and the hotels have great architecture you can check out. Plus, Las Vegas has some great natural history museums and art galleries (but the galleries are usually in the hotels, i.e the bellagio or Venetian).

The buffets are great and there is an enormous amount to see. There is quite a bit of shopping, too. Most major hotels are loaded with amazing things just to explore. The Flamingo has live animals in there garden just off the buffet. They have penguins and of course real flamingos. There is a huge collection of exotic and antique cars in the Imperial Palace.
The Stratosphere has some pretty scary rides on top. Circus Circus has live acrobats performing. Then there are spa treatments for the ladies and some of the best restaurants in the world.
Believe me, there is more to see and do than practically any other vacation destination. Make sure you have enough time.

There are 6 or 7 amusement rides at various casinos along the strip. One ride is a multi-story drop, the rest are coasters. Also, check out Red Rock Canyon for some beautiful outdoors scenery. Go to a few strip clubs (of course!) and great dining experiences as well.
