yes, but do not put it on a hot stove b/c that will heat it unevenly and it will crack and break, I like pampered chef but the stoneware is very expensive and you can find off brand stoneware that is just as good for much less $$ wise. I like their kitchen gadgets better.

I am a Pampered Chef consultant, and I absolutely love the stoneware! I have several different ones, but the most versatile ones that I recommend are the Large Round Stone, Rectangular Baker, and the Stoneware Bar Pan. All are great, but you seem to be able to do more things with those because of their shape/size. Stones do not rust, and they have a 3-year warranty for everyday usage. Easy to clean, cooks things evenly, retains temperature for longer periods of time, naturally creates a non-stick surface...I think they are awesome! Hope this helps!

Received as gifts actually: #1 - Shortening measurer 2 piece, so you can push up the shortening after filling to the level measure you need - great for molasses, peanut butter, and other messy measures #2 - Mixing pitcher. It is just a 2 quart pitcher with an agitator lid. Great for mixing concentrated juices or other drinks that require adding ingredients. Love it!! I did get the garlic press, but it broke eventually, like they all do. I just replaced it with one from the store and called it good. Also, the probe thermometer was toasted the first time I used it!! I still use the timer that was part of it though.

Stoneware is good quality and last a long time. Just wipe it off and put it away when finished. the best thing is the even cooking and the biscuit are great on these no burned bottoms if you are paying attention

I love the pizza pans and my mother won't roast anything without the stoneware roaster. It does change appearance rather quickly because it absorbs the oils but it's appearance only, it does not affect your food. Another setback is the price, but their quality is good.

I've had my Pampered Chef Pizza Stone for several years and I can tell you that it is good quality. Everything browns evenly, I just wipe it off once it cools down and I put it away.
