Praying for him to live?
Praying for him to die?
Which is the gentle wish
When an old man ends his life?

It is enough not to be taken by the crows.

a lovely poem. my thoughts on the subject are this, we should always value life and sometimes to do that we must be willing to let it go. There is never going to be an easy answer to those questions. personally my grandfather passed away because of cancer and I would never have wished him to live longer just to suffer physically for my sake to have him here on earth longer.

there is one in each and every crowd, somebody who desires to rain on your parade, and make wording concepts that have a tendency to break the which ability of your paintings, or place emphasis the place you do no longer desire it. flow away it on my own. the only paintings i think of it would desire to choose is on the cadence, and that's certainly no longer undesirable, in basic terms a tad awkward while without warning leaping from an prolonged line to a quick one. i like it. That actuality an 20 dollars would desire to get you a cuppa espresso, yet there you have it, pronounced and completed.

I must disagree with Nathan on this one...(Which is surprising, as I have agreed with EVERY other review he has given.)
It's very descriptive, without going over-baord...
I do believe you've "Almost" nailed this one, Chap...
What I don't like is the word Gentle...It doesn't fit the poem.....Find something grittier....

I think it's fine.

I like the topic more than the form of the poem, really, but it's simplicity really gives you room to think about the questions it poses, so really, it works pretty well.

Very moving. I have been there before ... I think the right answer is the second one. Here's your star. Pax - C.

I like it. Sometimes short and simple says all that needs to be said.
