nikes cuz the janks iz super fly. vans are aiight but ima nike person.

I hate nikes always have! I LOVE Vans though... but honestly I think Etnies are even better!! :) But out of those two choices I'd definately pick Vans... I find skater shoes to be more comfortable anyways...

I think Vans look great! I've never had a slip-on pair, but I had a couple of ones w. laces. I like DC & DVS better tho! I like Nike's for gym & running, but I've worn skateshoes SOO long now, it's just weird when i wear Nike's. Cuz I'm pretty much punk & then Nike's its just all yeah..odd. haha! So Vans I suppose! (But you should try DC & DVS!)

I like Nikes because I have a pair of the Nike + shoes with the ipod nano transmitter and reciever. Its makes running a lot more fun. Plus they are EXTREMELY comfortable.

I always like Adidas shoe for its simple design - Supertar 25 Aniversary & Stan Smith. But between Nike & Vans, I choose Nike for design and their technology i.e for the ipod+Nike & AF1 (Cool!!!) =)

Definitely Nikes but my fav. is definitely, Adidas or Puma. I'm just not a Vans type of girl.

i prefer nike especially the SB line as its more recognizable than vans and rare, making it more "prestigous". also, the nike dunk has a reputation of being one of the original flat bottom basketball shoes which now now worn casually on the street, signifying its importance in pop culture.

I am a grandmother, so I would probably not wear Vans. They are for stoners and young people in general and they are too wide for my feet. Nikes are overpriced but comfortable.

I have been wearing Vans since the mid 80's I have wide feet and they seem to fit the best. besides where else could you customize the colors of your shoes for 60 bucks?

well it depends...
i like NIKE for runnung shoes or gym
but i also like
VANS for skateboarding because they have better grip
for the most beautiful shoe i would say VANS
