I'm looking at throwing a Wii theme party. Any ideas or suggestions.

Any suggestions for food, drinks and/or party favors.

Have people dress up as their favorite game character such as Link or Mario.

My husband just had a couple. The wii itself is attractive enough. Wii sport is fun--everyone likes to bowl and hit a home run. People have a great time just making their own miis. You may want to borrow another wii, though, or have other gaming systems set up so some guests won't get tired waiting.
We just had lots of beers and liquor (are you 21?), pizza, chips and junk food. Our guests get a little buzzed, strapped the arm straps on, and had an awesome evening.

Sonic has some awesome party games. Monkeyball and Rayman are good too. Wario has some hilariously random games but not as good for parties.
