They're all girls! It doesn't matter if they are French or Italian, every girl's physical make-up is different regardless of where they're from. This is coming from a girl.

I agree with CBETA that you can´t generalize in such a way. However, not talking about the physical appearance but the general "persona", when I lived in France I noticed that French women always made an effort to look elegant and quite sophisticated. I might be wrong but I don´t see this som much in Italian women. By the way, I am Italian

It depends on the individual girl. You'll find some really nice looking French girls and some really nice looking Italian girls....and it's the same if you are looking for ugly girls as well. Plus, they both come from Southern Europe...so I seriously doubt there are many differences.

From what I gather, French girls are skinnier and obsessed with their looks. (NOT ALL, of course). Italian girls, maybe curvier..
