If the Judge doesn't just summarily rule this a frivilous lawsuit and throw it out then we can safely say we have handed the Judicial branch of our government over to fools.

This replaced right into a dry-run. era. Their movements served in basic terms purpose: to gauge how lots suspicious habit (assuming the comparable seating trend because of the fact the 9/eleven hijackers and soliciting for seat-belt extensions that weren't needed) it could take to set off a reaction. Now they understand. the only purpose of the lawsuit against the airways and passengers is to make the two think of two times approximately asserting something interior the destiny for concern of being sued. And now we are able to thank the Dems for killing a invoice that would have made it unlawful to sue voters for pointing out suspicious habit. The resign of the the U. S. to radical islam is almost complete. challenge performed, Ms. Pelosi

How does the fact that they are suing not only the airline, but the private passengers who reported their behavior as strange? It's not Bush's fault these creepy Muslim Imams cry like wimpy little babies cause the BAD AMERICANS told on them! I wouldn't want to fly with a bunch of friggin Muslims who act and behave so sneaky and strange and do things that draw attention to themselves either. Why the heck would you?

They are not only suing the airlines, but also the passengers that reported their "suspicious behavior."
A bill has been introduced in congress to exempt passengers from suits resulting from reporting suspicious characters or activities they might witness.
Wow - a bill that exempts individuals from lawsuits resulting from their vigilance in trying to thwart terrorism. This just plain makes way too much sense - will wonders ever cease?
Added note: Hide and watch the ACLU and their liberal entourage fight this bill vigorously - after all, profiling suspicious acting Muslim passengers has no precedence which might possibly justify it.

Just another example of the cunning jihadists trying to use our own justice system against us. If I were on that plane I would of done more than just report suspicious behavior.
