If you were active before your pregnancy then its usually just fine. I used to run 2 miles everyday before i got pregnant and i still try to jog about 1/2 a mile now that im in my 9th month! That belly slows you down when get to my point. haha. The only warning the doctors give you is that (again..if you were active before you were pregnant and they give you the heads up to continue) you shouldn't strain yourself to the point of overheating. Raising your body temperature raises your babies temp now too...so you just have to keep in mind your heart raising makes their heart rate higher also. The stress you put on your body gets put on the baby now also!!!
I dont see why you shouldn't be able to continue...just keep in mind that anything you do you should talk to your doctor about just so that he (or she) has a heads up so that if something does go wrong---they know that your active and it could be a result of it. Good luck and thumbs up for wanting to stay active in pregnancy!!! A lot of woman are soooo lazy and it makes labor SO hard on them!!! Good luck and congrats!!!

Everyone is different and I think that it's okay to run as long as it's not too much running. Some women train for marathons while pregnant, but that really isn't necessary, I would say it should be fine, maybe not to hard and long of a run. I would talk to your doctor though first. I am a track runner at a college and I got pregnant and since I had low body fat they said just walk or run way less and way slower.

actually everyone exhibits at distinctive stages. some are fortunate to instruct early and a few are instruct later of their being pregnant, yet they are all rewarded with the kit of delight on the top of it! human beings started noticing that i replaced into pregnant by ability of 14weeks. i'm now 5 months too and human beings merely won't supply up gazing me! you will have your possibility to polish, whether it sounds like it slow to polish would be later in being pregnant. did you recognize that our babies are 2 weeks in the back of us in strengthen, so once you think of approximately it they are nevertheless certainly quiet small. The length of a carrot or a banana to be precise, yet besides, some instruct early and a few instruct later, it is common as long as you get a toddler on the top of it. all the excellent!

You had better talk with your doctor. Myself I would not think it safe, you want that belly to have ALL the muscle just for holding that baby up! They say if you have been doing it since before being pregnant it may be ok, but really it is not worth trying and taking the chance with that sweet little bundle!

i wouldn't start running all of a sudden. you should start off slowly like walking less than a mile then get to that mile and the incorporate running into your excercise. you don't want to start an excercise program if you haven't done so before. if you aren't used to putting your body through the stress then start slow.

Any exercise you did before is safe. Just don't overdo it.
