13 is now my lucky number. Last year I had exploratory surgery on the 13th I was in bed 13 I had major surgery on the 13th and guess what I was in bed 13 again. It's all in the mind.

Yes. I am living in an apt w/#14" and was *disappointed* I did not get #13. My birthday is the 13th, plus I'm a bit of a contrarian, especially with superstitions and other foolish beliefs.
People who fit my type of profile would be potential buyers, from those who like "lucky" 13 to those who feel anti-superstitious, as well as those who like the house and are neutral to 13. Given the existence of that last category, I would expect there is very little chance a #13 would affect sales prospects.

Change to 12+1 or 6+7 or 5+8 and so on.

The number 13 is always associated with bad luck but that is all superstition. If the house fits your budget and requirement I don't see anything wrong with the number 13.

Yes, for two reasons - one is that it is just superstition that no. 13 is unlucky, the second is that no. 4 is mine and my husband's lucky number and 1 +3 = 4!

No, i've had enough bad luck!
I just realised - I live at number 26 and have had twice as much bad luck as anybody else!

Yes, it's a VERY good number for the chinese. Frankly, it's all in the mind. You can make it good or bad...it's really up to you.
