It matters how the woman looks at the naked women. If she looks at the naked woman's body in an abstract manner, like art. Then that means she is just admiring the beauty of it in a abstract manner or like looking at a beautiful flower, thus nothing really. Some women get aroused sometimes, in porn with women, but as I seemed to have discovered is that women seemed to get aroused differently than men or can be aroused directly, which if they are straight might be more direct to the man, "lust", or indirect, which is comparing, relating, admiring, indetifying, internalizing, relative to the male gaze. See how it that quote has more to do with indentifying. Now if you or the woman are looking at the image in a lustful manner or more direct like a man, and have sexual thoughts about women or touching the parts seem in the picture, then I would have to say that the woman is bi, and maybe more along the middle line depending how much she likes or lusts for women relative to men (sexual attraction or preference is not 50/50 for bisexuals, one can have stronger preference or attraction for one sex over the other).

Probably, however I wouldn't put too much stock in that unless you have the urge sexually to be with a female. All humans are made up of a mixture of hormones, etc., and personal preferences towards looks, and appreciation of the human form. So, there are many things that would determine whether or not you are actually bi.
