Yes! Once the power went out for a week after a hurricane and I played just about 20 times over and over. It was hilarious. I think I won every time!

A few times, but RISK is better. The game usually ends in a resonable amount of time, 1-5 hours.

I had this cousin lets call her Mean Margaret! She was about 10 years older than my sister and I and we used to play while she babysat us! We always finished before our mothers got home--because they weren't as naive as we were--and she didn't want them to find out that she CHEATED. She would make up the rules as we went along. I only found out years later when I played a co-worker, that the banker didn't get twice the money as everyone else when they passed GO! (Guess who the banker always was-MM!)

no. i've noticed that towards the end of the game is when i start loosing, and being the sore loser that i am, i either flip the board over and yell "i quit", or shuffle things around the board, throw my money down and walk out =/
so no. i have never finished a game.

You can set a time limt on the game to make it shorter.Yes I have finished a game of Monopoly.Never play a game with me when I have a headache.That is when I do my best.

LOL too funny...yes, we have...not in one night though! My family used to play all the time when we were kids and we'd leave the game out on the table til the next night. My brother would go in there and take my money lol ggrrrrr ;-)

monoploly is over (in our house) when either....
someone gets too mad or bored and leaves
or
the dog walks all over the board and messes everything up, so no i've never finished a game, it's way too long to finish.
