Not sedition, as he isn't an elected representative.
That's why we have free speech. When any person tries to get too powerful, or asurp our country, we can oppose them like no other population in the world! I LOVE the U.S.A.
At the same time, I've listened to Rush. He doesn't have the characteristics or statements necessary to support your idea. I've never heard (and again, I don't listen to him that much) him say anything that would support that characterization.
It's not unfair (fairness is a child's concept of justice).
It's just unfounded and somewhat silly without evidence to claim it.
We're also pretty tired of the Hitler routine.

He's a whimp who does nothing more than Bushwhack people on his show and won't let them complete their replies... he's a hemorrhoid who probably sends hate emails like ONE idiot here sent me accusing me of judging people by appearance and won't tell me WHERE I even said anything like that... a limp-wrist sissy! He probably spends time hanging out by the urinals in the johns watching real men shake the last drop off the tip like Rush Limburger-cheese Limbaugh and the closet-queen O'Reilly.
