That's a nice twist. Different from blowing up airlines. I wonder if the American system of justice has finally spread to Islam.

This was a dry-run. Period. Their actions served only purpose: to gauge how much suspicious behavior (assuming the same seating pattern as the 9/11 hijackers and asking for seat-belt extensions that weren't needed) it would take to trigger a response. Now they know.

The only purpose of the lawsuit against the airlines and passengers is to make both think twice about saying anything in the future for fear of being sued.

And now we can thank the Dems for killing a bill that would have made it illegal to sue citizens for pointing out suspicious behavior.

This is just the start of a coming swarm of incidents like this to tie up the legal system. The Airlines and passengers should sue the Imams for the fear placed in suspecting passenger minds. The court needs to quell the suit as quickly as possible. The Media should not report on it until it is over. PERIOD ;>)
