i'm doing a project about the arctic circle and i can't find it it rain or not.

The Arctic Circle is considered a desert. But it does rain. Summer temperatures inside the Arctic Circle can climb well into the 90s, although the 60-80 degree range is more common. When it is that warm, precipitation occurs as rainfall.
