But now with the method I can fully focus my energy and thoughts into a decisive line on how to make my life better constantly. And it works like magic! I'm beginning to attract people to me once again and things have just been looking up since then.

Try lifting weights very early in the morning...like 5:00 am. If you have never been an early person just set your alarm real loud and do it. Also take your normal shower but finish it up on full cold...take it until you get full rinse, at least 30 secs. Workout Mon, Wed, and Fri...trying running on your off days (ease into it but work up to a mile and then more). One night a week get drunk as a skunk and chase skirts (I assume you are a guy...if girl chase pants..haha)...in 6 weeks you will be cured.

Honestly, you should see a doctor about it. It could be a chemical problem in your system.
Depression can be entirely chemical. With some medication, you can be on the path to feeling better.
Seriously, get help before it's too late.

Go for a run. No really it increases seratonin levels and gets you happy. Except when you get hit by a bus or some dog chases you and mauls you. Oh well. Here have a tissue.

Put on a corny song that you liked when you were 12 and dance to it. Seriously. I am clinically depressed and I really enjoy it.

Get away from the people, person, surroundings, etc that makes you deppressed, fell sad, angry, whatever! That is how I feel and that is how I dealt with my problems. I got a job and went to a university far from my house to be away from my surroundings.
