I know it's not the best but it's good and it's free. DVD Flick is a simple program to learn and burns many movie formats. Look here for more info http://www.dvdflick.net/

You can burn a DVD with the correct software, you can buy good stuff for $50-$100+, NERO is a good burning software with lots of features, some computers also come with burning software if they had a DVD burner intstalled.

If you have Vista Home Premium or Ultimaye there is a program just for that. Otherwise you can download Nero, Roxio and many other programs. I think you can get a free trial version of nero.

Nero can do it but it's not the best for it. It takes ages and there's usually problems with the lip synching.

ConvertXtoDVD by VSO is the best program currently out, it's not free but you wont regret it!
