My boss let a co-worker (we worked at a group home for mentally challenged persons) verbally abuse a client and did nothing about it! I told the proper persons about it and then got retaliated against for it. I ended up quitting after having worked their a long time. Both got what was coming to the, but that MR person deserved better than what he got.

I don't know if rot in hell is how I would put it. But I would certainly avoid working for a certain individual again, and I would never recommend them as a business person.

The boss in question always made me wrong. Any comment I added, something wasn't perfect. The couple times I pushed back I was accused of having attitude issues and got written up. It's been almost 4 years, and I am still gun shy.

I guess if they put me in hell, they were only bringing me to their level. I bet they are still there.

Yes definitely! There has been no worse experience for me than having someone incompetent making great work impossible to accomplish. She was new at her position which is fine, but she made fun of and even wrote negative poems to share with the staff about the people she was in charge of. She dressed like a **** and chewed huge wads of gum, which is just not quoth while working with the public as directly as she did. She lied to cover her incompetency and blame often landed on people who had no role in what she was trying to cover up about herself. She has lost quite a few highly qualified staff members since she has been in charge.

Yeah, I do. She openly played favorites (I was not one of them) and loved to slander people. She covered for her favorites and always shifted the blame for their screw-ups to others.
