Emmmmm, From my real life experience, Begin with one girl
for 1-7 day, them begin to make jokes with other ( 2 girls for example), talking about guys and cloths etc .. after a 12 days you will have a nice girl group

Well, first you need to get a number of females together. This can be done by going shopping, hanging out in nightclub restrooms, or by putting your info onto a website.
As for the "who", I'd recommend girls\women whose company you enjoy, and who won't gossip about you when you're not around...

its relies upon on how committed you're. if you're lazy, only initiate a collection, yet you'll need someone to get some backround music in there, so that you would elect some style of mixer man or woman. if you're prepared to study an device, then do this. i imagine you should do a band, somewhat if you're into rock.
