Have you ever wondered "what makes me feel like myself" or "why am I in this body". I don't know if any of you know what I mean, but I can't explain it better.

Yeah, it's like you are keenly aware of your consciousness, which I equate to a soul.

I do understand and some days I can't stand being in my body. I live with chronic pain 24/7 and some days I just want to get out of here. It's a strange feeling but I get it.

You should be in philosophy for good answers to this question.

We are in these bodies to get us from one place to another. We all have a responsibility to find our purpose in life, and live as best we can.
We are not our bodies. We are, for lack of a better word, our spirits. We need to nurture ourselves, make ourselves the best we can be.
Then we're able to assist others in their lives.

That is what it's all about: giving back.

Sure. Kind of goes along with wondering what your *big* purpose is. I get it.
