LOL you sound like my kinda guy,I think of the same things to do to my boyfriend.I wanted to shoot him in the head the other night with a slingshot!!!!!!But yes that's assault with a weapon it will send you to jail so don't do it.

Yeah, I know some kids who got sent to jail for shooting paintballs.

Technically it's Assault w/ a Deadly Weapon (off a paintball range it is considered in the same way as an air rifle). More likely however that you'll just get divorced.

whole house in and out for starters .I think I saw her at the
paintstore and rang up a huge order and charged it to you.
I put a few things on your bill also because of what you have
planned to do to her.

Paintballs hurt,so don't do it man. She'll call 911 and you can get charged or sent to jail and then get charged.

If you are that upset with your wife that you are wanting to do this to her, I wouldn't be worried about jail, I would be worried about spending the rest of your life with someone you obviously don't love. Why hurt her, just leave!!!

i think you could under assult charges i have a friend who is a cop i could ask him. But if u go to court if she has physical evidence of bruices u could denfiently go to jail for it. But maybe not.
