I tried points when my computer was updated and then tried points when I uninstalled things from my computer. IT STILL DOESNT WORK! This is making me really mad. I don't want to have to pay someone money to figure this out. It shouldnt be this hard.

Sometime's you get incomplete when there was'nt a restore point. If no change's were made on the date you set then it can't restore anything. It need's a restore point when something was added to or removed from your pc.That's why it's good every once in awhile to set a restore point to go back to,like when everything's running perfect set one.Good luck with it.

Try Again ...
If the same thing happens every time , try a previous restore point , it might be a problem occured during the creation of this point ....

take it to best buy and have them wipe out your hard drive and re-install your o/s and all software and then you won't have that problem anymore will cost you $139.00 just for the o/s plus tax but worth it - did it myself .
