Techically Ford for the last thirty years. Ford likes to tout that as something fantastic, but you have to see that Ford has a grand total of 4 trucks- F-series, Lincoln Mark LT, Ranger, Mazda B-series.
GM on the other hand, has 8 trucks- Chevy Silverado, Colorado, and Avalanche, Cadillac Escalade EXT, GMC Sierra and Canyon, Izuzu I-series. Add all their sales together, compare with Ford's and GM wins big time.

If it's specifically between Ford and Chevrolet, I'd have to say Ford. If you go with Chevrolet as part of General Motors (GM) and include the GMC line, it would probably be GM.
