Depends whether or not someone else it being really ripped off. You could keep it. But I feel that when something like this happens and you let greed take over, fate will eventually kick you right back in the face.

To be honest I don't know. Do what you think is right. Fate will agree with you on that.

Yes, not just for the moral reason but for legal reasons. There are laws in many countries that make not reporting the mistake an offence.
