Aquarius is fixed Air they need breathing space & control of their situation. It's a liberal sign. what you need to consider is that the sun sign is how you express yourself. You need to know what the Venus sign is that's where you make the connection.
Fire signs and other Air signs are good for the bossy intellectual Aquarius. Earth won't like you because they desire structure and you love rebellion, Water won't like you because you'll hurt their feelings with your sharp observations.
As a fixed sign they need obediant companions that don't provoke their spirit it dominate. All fix signs want to run the show.
