What helps me to sleep is a comfty bed and some soft ambience music to listen to, I mean if you do have trouble sleeping you gotta figure out whats the problem, and once you find that problem you fix it and you'll be able to go to sleep regurlarly and more comfortable. I also sleep with a teddy bear I'm 14 so what! It's nice sleeping with a teddy bear you had ever since you was young,it brings back cute peaceful memories... Don't you agree? anyways hope this answered your question.

Hot milk is a great source of the amino acid tryptophan, which is a precursor for melatonin. If there are sufficient levels of vitamin B6 in the body, tryptophan will aid in the production of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, which helps to regulate sleep patterns.

Tryptophan is found in:
• Turkey
• Milk
• Tuna fish
• Most carbohydrates

When I get in bed, I turn off the tv or radio, turn on my reading light, and begin reading a book or magazine. After a little while my eyelids become heavy, and it's hard to read. At that point I turn off the light, close my eyes, and I'm sleeping within minutes.

now days i just like to feel finished for the day and ready to sleep soundly.

i used to have insomnia and there'd be no hope. i slept on my wooden floor (which was comfy acutally. if theres carpeting then i wake up with sharp pains and cramps. i had a huuuuuuge pillow from ikea. huge square one that was black and had teddy bear material. for a week or two i used a pig cat bed as a head and upper body pillow. music used to help me sleep. anything lighearted but slightly sad. like my sleep solutions cd, or nightmare before christmas (the slow songs) soundtrack, danny elfman, adult pop like sarah mclachlan and josh groban. weird me.

Then, playing up with a good bloke for about five hours...

Guaranteed good hours sleep before work the next mornin'!

A certain illegal medicine!
It hasn't the side effects that legal painkillers have!
If I'm not in pain simply lying listening to music has me snoring in seconds.
