From your doctor or any drug store. Over the counter is about $20 a month. Planned Parenthood gives them for free. Your doctor can write you a perscription and you would pay your co-pay.

Well I know a lady that is on her 4th pregnancy, each with horrible MS...with this pregnancy she is in right now she is using Shaklee and no morning sickness and she sees a periatologist due to being high risk and they said they were great multivitamins with folic acid...for information see the site, they are NOT that expensive either.
I take them now while ttc.

Get a prescription from your doc and pay the co-pay from your insurance. Or~just buy a bottle from Wal Mart or Target for about 5-10 dollars. Good Luck!

Any pharmacy or big box mart. I got mine at Walmart and it was probably about $5 for the whole pregnancy. Just choose the one with the highest amount of folic acid.

I got sick on my prenatal so my OB told me to take Flinstone vitamins ( the kid vitamins), I laughed at first, but she told me it has the same amount as a prenatal, but you might want to do a folic acid pill along with it.
