Good question, he has put out a lot of records!
Decade is great. I know in some ways it's a greatest hits, but there are also previously unreleased tracks/versions on it.
I would highly recommend it because it's strong songwriting, musicianship and variety.
But he has many great songs, spread out over all his recordings.
